Title 50 › Chapter 45— MISCELLANEOUS INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY AUTHORITIES › Subchapter I— BUDGET AND OVERSIGHT › § 3313
Each year, at the same time the President sends the annual budget request to Congress, the head of every intelligence agency must send the congressional intelligence committees a report. The report must list any written agreement (for example, memorandums of understanding) about major operations or policy that the agency made in the most recently completed fiscal year with any other U.S. government entity. If the Senate Intelligence Committee or the House Intelligence Committee asks for a copy of any listed agreement, the agency head must give the copy as soon as possible. Agreements that are only administrative, like those about joint duty or routine personnel assignments, do not have to be included.
