§3334j Access to Certain Facilities of United States Government for Assessment of Anomalous Health Conditions

Summary

The Director of National Intelligence must make sure intelligence community employees who have symptoms of unusual health problems, and their dependents or immediate family, can get quick medical checks and treatment if needed. These checks must be at U.S. government centers that specialize in traumatic brain injury, like the National Intrepid Center of Excellence, an Intrepid Spirit Center, or another suitable medical facility. The Director must work with the Secretary of Defense and other federal agency leaders the Director chooses to set up this process within 60 days after March 15, 2022.
