When a person asks for mandatory declassification under Executive Order No. 13526, a later similar order, or any law, the head of an intelligence community element must not charge more for copying than the fees allowed under section 552 of title 5 (the Freedom of Information Act). That official may also waive or cut processing fees in the same ways allowed under section 552.
