For each fiscal year from 2012 through 2023, $150,000,000 must be put into the Historic Preservation Fund. That money must come from revenues the United States is owed under section 9 of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1338), section 8733(b) of title 10, or both, and it must go to the Fund even if another law says those proceeds should be credited to the Treasury’s miscellaneous receipts.
