This applies to all military housing, including privatized military housing under subchapter IV of chapter 169 of title 10. The three Army documents are the program comments for Pre-1919 housing (published June 13, 2024; 89 Fed. Reg. 50350), Inter‑War Era housing 1919–1940 (published October 13, 2020; 85 Fed. Reg. 64491), and Vietnam War Era housing 1963–1975 (published May 4, 2023; 88 Fed. Reg. 28573). The Inter‑War Era document may also be used for housing built from January 1, 1941, through December 31, 1948, on Navy or Air Force installations. From the date of the enactment of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 until December 31, 2045, the Vietnam War Era document may be used for housing built after 1975 on those installations.
