Title 7 › Chapter 9— PACKERS AND STOCKYARDS › Subchapter III— STOCKYARDS AND STOCKYARD DEALERS › § 209
If someone covered by the law breaks rules about livestock, poultry, poultry-growing arrangements, or swine production contracts, they must pay for all harm their actions cause. People who are harmed can either complain to the Secretary under section 210 or sue in a federal district court. These options add to other legal remedies and do not replace them.
