Title 7 › Chapter 55— DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE › § 2251
Starting in fiscal year 1942, the Secretary of Agriculture may have an agency pay back the Production and Marketing Administration from that agency’s current funds. The payment is for a fair share of PMA’s costs for keeping debt records and making offsets under the order dated May 8, 1937 (as amended), with those costs estimated by the PMA from time to time or in advance.
