Title 7 › Chapter 79— PORK PROMOTION, RESEARCH, AND CONSUMER INFORMATION › § 4814
You may petition the Secretary to say an order or part of it is unlawful and to ask for a change or an exemption. The Secretary must give you a hearing under rules the Secretary sets and then decide to grant or deny the petition. You can have a U.S. district court in the district where you live or do business review that decision if you file a complaint within 20 days after you get notice and deliver a copy of the complaint to the Secretary. If the court finds the Secretary’s decision unlawful, it sends the case back with directions the Secretary must follow.
