Gives plain meanings for key words used in this part of the law. Action team means a rural natural resources and economic diversification action team set up by the Secretary under section 6613(b). Economically disadvantaged means having economic hardship because of job or income loss from forestry, the wood products industry, or related businesses such as recreation and tourism in the national forest. Rural community means either a small town/area (population no more than 10,000) or a non‑MSA county, if at least 15% of certain local income comes from forestry and related industries and it lies in or within 100 miles of a national forest. Secretary means the Secretary of Agriculture.
