§8203 Assistance

Summary
Under section 8204, the Secretary must help orchardists with losses in section 8202 by paying 75% of replanting costs for losses beyond 15% mortality after normal loss is removed, or by providing enough seedlings to reestablish the stand.

Subject to section 8204 of this title, the assistance provided by the Secretary to eligible orchardists for losses described in section 8202 of this title shall consist of— (1)
(2)at the option of the Secretary, sufficient seedlings to reestablish a stand.
