§94 Supplying Duplicates of Standards; Examination, Etc., of Naval Stores and Certification Thereof

Summary

The Secretary of Agriculture must, when possible, give anyone who asks a copy of the official naval stores standards. The requester must leave acceptable security to promise to return the copy, and the Secretary will follow his own rules about how this works. He must also, when possible and asked, inspect and test naval stores under those rules. He will issue a written certificate showing the test, grade, or classification. That certificate will count as proof of the results and of what came from the package, and it can be used as evidence in court.
