What could break it.

Regulatory & policy

  • Medicare/Medicaid fee-schedule reimbursement (25% Medicare)medium

About 25% of net service-fee revenue comes from Medicare and 3% from state Medicaid, with another ~6% from managed-care capitation; these government programs reimburse on fee schedules RadNet cannot raise, so reimbursement-rate or methodology cuts (or loss of a center's Medicare certification) would directly hit revenue.

For the year ended December 31, 2025, approximately 25% and 3% of our net service fee revenue came from Medicare and various state Medicaid programs, respectively.

Currency (FX)

  • Euro / CAD / HUF / GBP exposure (foreign AI & R&D ops)low

RadNet has AI operations in the Netherlands, radiology services in the UK and R&D centers in Canada and Hungary, exposing it to euro, Canadian dollar, Hungarian forint and pound sterling movements, which it does not hedge with foreign-currency contracts.

We are exposed to foreign exchange risk with respect to revenues and expenses denominated in the Euro, Canadian Dollar, Hungarian Forint and Pound Sterling. We have AI operations in the Netherlands, radiology services in the United Kingdom, and maintain research and development centers in Canada and Hungary.
