The FCC is extending OMB Control No. 3060-1299 covering rules for contraband wireless device solutions in correctional facilities. The collections (54 respondents; 4,740 responses; estimated 21,767 annual burden hours) require CIS applicants to submit certification applications, perform on-site testing and self-certification, give wireless providers notice and opportunity to participate in tests, retain records for at least five years, and allow providers to object or reverse disabling actions within specified timelines.
