If you are a New Jersey business that ships or receives freight by rail, Dover and Delaware River Railroad (DDRR) will continue to operate 27.95 miles of track (Washington Secondary; Old Road Industrial Track; Pompton Industrial Track; and the Totowa Spur). The lease amendment keeps the same trackage rights and the existing interchange commitment with Norfolk Southern, and the amendment may take effect January 16, 2025.
