Revised Duty Rates for German FEBs

Commerce amended the countervailing duty (CVD) subsidy rates for forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany effective January 3, 2025. The revised ad valorem rates are: BGH Edelstahl Siegen GmbH 5.81%, Schmiedewerke Gröditz GmbH (SWG) 6.64%, voestalpine Bohler Group 14.74%, and All Others 6.18%.

Cash Deposit Instructions Updated

Commerce stated that BGH Siegen's current superseding cash deposit rate will not change, and that for companies without a superseding cash deposit rate, Commerce will issue revised cash deposit instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These instructions follow the amended final determination and are applicable January 3, 2025.
