Annual CoC Grant Application Burden

HUD is requesting to continue collecting the Continuum of Care (CoC) grant application each year using the e-snaps system. The agency estimates 405 CoC Consolidated Application respondents (84 hours each = 34,020 hours) and 9,740 Project Application respondents (8.3 hours each = 80,842 hours) for a total of 10,145 responses, 114,862 annual burden hours, and an estimated annual cost of $5,002,240.10 (hourly cost $43.55).

Application Data Determines Funding Order

HUD uses information from the CoC Consolidated Application, the CoC Priority Listing, and Project Applications to review, score, and determine the order in which projects are selected for funding. Submitting these materials is required for Collaborative Applicants and project applicants to be considered for HUD awards.
