CMS proposes to reinstate with change the Medicare Enrollment Application for Clinics/Group Practices and Other Suppliers (Form CMS-855B). The notice states there are 132,800 respondents and responses, totaling 155,884 annual hours for enrollment, ownership changes, revalidation, and reactivation; comments must be submitted by February 14, 2025.
