Immediate asset freeze and transaction ban
The U.S. government designated The Terrorgram Collective and the individuals Ciro Daniel Amorim Ferreira, Noah Licul, and Hendrik-Wahl Muller as specially designated global terrorists under Executive Order 13224. Their property and interests in property are blocked and Americans are prohibited from doing business with them, effective immediately (publication January 15, 2025).
No prior notice before blocking for U.S. presence
The Secretary of State determined that no prior notice is required for persons subject to this determination who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, because prior notice could make blocking measures ineffectual. That means affected property can be blocked immediately without advance notice.
