Possible Import Ban and Sales Stop
If you import, sell, or make the photovoltaic trunk bus cable assemblies at issue, the Commission may issue a limited exclusion order, cease and desist orders, and require a bond on the allegedly infringing articles during a 60-day Presidential review period. The complaint names Voltage, LLC and Ningbo Voltage Smart Production Co., and requests these remedies as part of Investigation Docket No. 3802.
