Individuals selected will serve as Special Government Employees (SGEs) under 18 U.S.C. 202(a) and must complete a Confidential Financial Disclosure (OGE Form 450) every year and receive yearly ethics training from the Component Ethics Office.
Certain Applicants Are Ineligible
Certain people are not eligible for appointment: current Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees, contractors, potential contractors, and federally registered lobbyists will not be considered for membership on the Board.
