If you want to protest, intervene, or comment on the Project, you must file by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on March 28, 2025. If no protest is filed (or a filed protest is withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time), the proposed activity will be deemed authorized effective the day after the protest period ends.

No fee to file protests or comments

There is no fee or cost to file protests, motions to intervene, or comments about the Project. You can file electronically or by mail and should reference docket number CP25-49-000.

Only intervenors can appeal Commission orders

Only parties that file timely motions to intervene may request rehearing of Commission orders in this proceeding and later challenge those orders in the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal. To be a party you must submit a motion to intervene by March 28, 2025.
