If no protest is filed (or a filed protest is withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time), the proposed activity will be deemed authorized effective the day after the protest period ends.

Only intervenors can appeal Commission orders
Only parties that file timely motions to intervene may request rehearing of Commission orders in this proceeding and later challenge those orders in the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal. To be a party you must submit a motion to intervene by March 28, 2025.
