Several companies filed applications for market-based rate (MBR) authority: Eldorado Solar Project II (effective 2025-05-04), Sol InfraCo MT3 (effective 9998-12-31), EXUS NM Data Center IV (MBR application effective 2025-03-04), and Escape Solar LLC (MBR application effective 2025-04-10).
