Automatic Renewal If No New License Issued

If a new license or other disposition is not issued on or before February 28, 2026, the annual license is renewed automatically without further order or notice by the Commission pursuant to 18 CFR 16.18(c).

Authorization When Section 15 Does Not Apply

If the project is not subject to section 15 of the Federal Power Act, Idaho Power Company is authorized to continue operation of the American Falls Hydroelectric Project under the terms and conditions of the prior license until a subsequent license is issued or other disposition under the FPA occurs.
