New Duties on Canadian Imports
The Secretary of Homeland Security has determined the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) will be modified to impose or change rates of duty on imports that are products of Canada. This action implements Executive Orders 14193, 14197, 14226 and the President's March 6, 2025 Executive Order and is described in the Annex to this notice. If you import goods from Canada, these changes alter the duties you must pay on those imported articles.
