New 2025–2026 Groundfish Harvest Limits

If you fish for groundfish in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands (BSAI), new harvest specifications and apportionments apply for the remainder of 2025 and the start of the 2026 fishing years. These rules set how much groundfish may be caught and how that catch is divided among fishing sectors and areas.

Prohibited Species Catch (PSC) Allowances Set

If you operate in the BSAI groundfish fishery, the rule sets final prohibited species catch (PSC) allowances for the remainder of 2025 and the start of the 2026 fishing years. PSC allowances limit how much of certain non-target species can be caught incidentally and must be followed by fishermen and seafood businesses.
