Nasdaq launches CORE FIX (CF)
If you are a trader or trading firm that uses the FIX protocol but do not use FIX routing, Nasdaq established a new Order Entry Protocol called CORE FIX (CF). The Exchange says CF removes the RASH-based routing layer to streamline order handling and improve order latency relative to FIX or RASH. Nasdaq filed the change and designated it for immediate effectiveness on March 13, 2025 so participants can begin using CF right away.
