Multiple Pipeline Filings Announced

If you want to intervene or protest, you must file by those deadlines under the Commission’s rules.

Iroquois Negotiated Rate Effective 4/1/2025

Penalty Revenue Crediting Reports Filed

Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America filed a Penalty Revenue Crediting Report for July–December 2024, and Midcontinent Express Pipeline filed its 2025 Annual Penalty Revenue Crediting Report. These are compliance filings that relate to how penalty revenues are reported and credited.
