Third-Party Systems and Feeds Updated
If you use NYSE Arca colocation services at the Mahwah, New Jersey data center (MDC), the Exchange updated the lists of Third Party Systems and Third Party Data Feeds. The change deletes systems such as Americas Trading Group (ATG), Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), Credit Suisse, Euronext Optiq Cash and Derivatives Unicast (EUA), and OneChicago; deletes data feeds including CSE, several Euronext Optiq compressed/shaped feeds, MSCI 5 Mb and 25 Mb, OneChicago, and Vela SuperFeed 500 Mb to 1.25 Gb; combines several Cboe venues into “Cboe US”; combines MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl under “MIAX”; combines Nasdaq and Nasdaq ISE under “Nasdaq US Stock Market”; and renames BM&F Bovespa to B3 Bovespa, ITG TriAct Matchnow to Cboe MATCHNow, and Neo Aequitas to Cboe Canada.
Monthly Connectivity Fees Stay the Same
If you pay for connectivity to third-party systems or data feeds through NYSE Arca colocation, the monthly recurring fees per Third Party System and per Third Party Data Feed remain unchanged. The Exchange says no User will be charged more as a result of the name changes or combinations, and Users only pay for systems and bandwidth they choose.
Applies Equally and Took Effect Immediately
The rule applies uniformly to all NYSE Arca "Users" of colocation services (purchase is voluntary) and was filed on March 25, 2025 and became effective upon filing under the cited SEC rule. The Commission may temporarily suspend the change at any time within 60 days of the filing.
