NYSE National Adjusts Third-Party Data Feed Access

Published Date: 4/4/2025

Notice

Summary

NYSE National is updating its Connectivity Fee Schedule to change which third-party systems and data feeds users can connect to. This affects traders and firms using the Exchange’s colocation services, possibly changing their connection options and fees starting immediately. The update aims to keep things clear and fair for everyone plugged into the market.

Analyzed Economic Effects

3 provisions identified: 3 benefits, 0 costs, 0 mixed.

Third‑Party Systems List Updated

If you use NYSE National colocation services, the Exchange changed the names and groupings of which third‑party execution systems you can connect to. The change deletes Americas Trading Group (ATG), Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), Credit Suisse, Euronext Optiq Cash and Derivatives Unicast (EUA), and OneChicago; renames BM&F Bovespa to B3 Bovespa; combines multiple Cboe venues into “Cboe US”; combines MIAX venues into “MIAX”; and combines Nasdaq and Nasdaq ISE into “Nasdaq US Stock Market.”

Third‑Party Data Feeds List Pruned

The Exchange removed certain third‑party data feeds and the associated monthly recurring fee lines for feeds that no User connects to. Deleted data feeds include Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), various Euronext Optiq compressed/shaped feeds, MSCI 5 Mb and MSCI 25 Mb, OneChicago, and Vela SuperFeed 500 Mb to 1.25 Gb; other feed names were updated (for example, BM&F Bovespa to B3 Bovespa).

No Fee Changes; Voluntary Colocation Remains

The Exchange is not changing any monthly recurring fees for access to Third Party Systems or Third Party Data Feeds, and a User will not be charged more because of the listed combinations or name changes. The purchase of any colocation service remains voluntary and the Fee Schedule is applied uniformly to all Users.
