Security Clearances Suspended

The Attorney General, Director of National Intelligence, and other agency heads must immediately take steps consistent with law to suspend any active security clearances held by individuals at WilmerHale pending a review of whether those clearances are consistent with the national interest.

Stop Federal Support and Access

The Office of Management and Budget must identify government goods, property, material, and services provided for the benefit of WilmerHale, including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, and agency heads shall, to the extent permitted by law, expeditiously cease providing such material or services.

Review and Possible Contract Terminations

Agency heads shall review all contracts with WilmerHale or with entities that disclose doing business with WilmerHale and, to the extent permitted by law, take steps to terminate any contract for which WilmerHale has been hired to perform services. Agencies must submit an assessment to the Director of OMB within 30 days of this order.

Contractors Must Disclose WilmerHale Ties

Government contracting agencies shall, to the extent permitted by law, require government contractors to disclose any business they do with WilmerHale and whether that business is related to the subject of the Government contract.

Limits on Hiring and Building Access

Agency heads shall, to the extent permitted by law, limit official access to Federal Government buildings for WilmerHale employees when such access would threaten national security, limit government employees from engaging with WilmerHale employees in their official capacity, and refrain from hiring WilmerHale employees without a waiver approved in consultation with the Director of the Office of Personnel Management.
