If you are a customer of Tucson Electric Power Company, UNS Electric, or UniSource Energy Development Company, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has opened an investigation and set the refund effective date as April 25, 2025. If the Commission finds the companies charged unjust or unreasonable rates, affected customers may receive refunds starting April 25, 2025.

If you want to participate in Docket No. EL25-68-000, you must file a notice of intervention or motion to intervene within 21 days of the order issued April 21, 2025 (i.e., by May 12, 2025).
