Proposed electric rate filings with dates
The Commission received electric rate filings: PJM Interconnection filed a tariff amendment proposed to be effective June 29, 2025, and Mid-Atlantic Interstate Transmission, LLC filed three amended ECSAs proposed to be effective July 7, 2025. These filings are pending before FERC and carry the stated effective dates if approved.
Solar and wind firms claim exempt status
Coldwater River Solar, LLC and Badger Wind, LLC each submitted Notices of Self-Certification of Exempt Wholesale Generator status, filed on May 6, 2025. Comments on these filings were set for 5:00 p.m. ET on May 27, 2025.
