DOE to Remove Voluntary GHG Reporting
If your business voluntarily reports greenhouse gas emissions to the Department of Energy, DOE proposes to rescind the Voluntary Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program's reporting requirements, certification, independent verification, and DOE review. That change would reduce the time and money your business spends submitting and verifying emissions information. This is a proposed rule and DOE is asking for public comments before making it final.
