Notice

Summary

NYSE Texas is upgrading its Integrated Feed market data to give users a clearer, faster, and more detailed view of trading events. The upgrade means better info on orders, trades, and stock status, helping everyone stay ahead in the market game.

Analyzed Economic Effects

3 provisions identified: 3 benefits, 0 costs, 0 mixed.

Auction Imbalance Data Added

NYSE Texas will add Auction Imbalance Information to its Integrated Feed for all symbols listed on the Exchange. The feed will show real-time order imbalances that accumulate prior to the open, prior to any re-opening auction after a halt, and prior to the close, including Total Imbalance, Market Imbalance, Indicative Match Price, and Matched Volume as defined in NYSE Texas Rule 7.35.

Enhanced Feed Available At No Cost

The Exchange states the enhanced NYSE Texas Integrated Feed will be available to all of the Exchange's vendors and subscribers on an equivalent basis at no cost, because the Exchange currently does not charge a fee for subscribing to the NYSE Texas Integrated Feed. The Exchange will announce the date the enhanced feed is available through a Trader Update.

Change Effective Immediately

The Exchange filed the proposed rule change on May 13, 2025, and the Commission waived the 30-day operative delay so the proposed change is operative upon filing. The Exchange anticipates technology for the enhancement will be available in less than 30 days and will notify users by Trader Update when the enhanced feed is available.
