Currently No Subscription Fee Intention

The Exchange states it does not currently intend to charge a fee to subscribe to NYSE Texas Order Imbalances, but it will file a separate rule filing to establish fees if it later decides to adopt fees.

New Real-Time Order Imbalances Feed

NYSE Texas established a new real-time market data feed called the NYSE Texas Order Imbalances. The feed shows aggregate order imbalance information before the market open, before any re-opening auction after a halt, and before the close for all symbols listed on the Exchange.

Specific Imbalance Fields Provided

The NYSE Texas Order Imbalances product will provide Auction Imbalance Information as defined in NYSE Texas Rule 7.35, including Total Imbalance, Market Imbalance, Indicative Match Price, and Matched Volume, and will be disseminated on the time frame specified in Rule 7.35.

Access Channels: LCN and IGN

The Order Imbalances product will be offered through the Exchange's Liquidity Center Network (LCN) in the Mahwah, New Jersey data center for co-location customers, and through the ICE Global Network (IGN) for other users and members.

Product Is Operative Immediately

The Commission waived the 30-day operative delay and designated the proposed rule change operative upon filing; the Exchange filed the rule change on May 13, 2025, making the Order Imbalances product effective upon that filing.
