Aggregated Lite Adds Auction Imbalance Data
NYSE Texas will add Auction Imbalance Information to its NYSE Texas Aggregated Lite market data feed. The feed (which provides up to ten (10) price levels and is updated no less frequently than once per second) will include real-time order imbalances that accumulate prior to the opening, any re-opening auction after a halt, and the close for all symbols listed on the Exchange, and may include Total Imbalance, Market Imbalance, Indicative Match Price, and Matched Volume as defined in NYSE Texas Rule 7.35(a).
Enhanced Feed Offered at No Charge
The Exchange states the enhanced NYSE Texas Aggregated Lite data feed will be available to all of the Exchange's vendors and subscribers on an equivalent basis at no cost, as the Exchange currently does not charge a fee for subscribing to the NYSE Texas Aggregated Lite data feed.
Change Is Operative Immediately; 60-Day Suspension Risk
The Exchange filed the proposed rule change on May 13, 2025, the Commission waived the 30-day operative delay and designated the proposed rule change as operative upon filing, so the enhancement may be implemented immediately when technology is available. The Commission may, at any time within 60 days of the filing, summarily suspend the rule change if it appears necessary or appropriate in the public interest or for the protection of investors.
