If you are a User at the Mahwah Data Center, the Exchange proposes that FIDS would contract with a managed services provider to perform IT monitoring and support for your colocated hardware and charge you the managed services provider's fees plus a 10% service fee payable to FIDS.

Voluntary, Non-Discriminatory Availability

The proposed hardware procurement and managed services would be voluntary and available to any potential User on a non-discriminatory basis; only Users who choose the services would be charged and Users may instead contract directly with third-party specialists if they prefer.
