Exempted Permit May Waive Fishing Rules
If you operate a federally permitted fishing vessel, the Coonamessett Farm Foundation applied for an Exempted Fishing Permit (EFP) that, if granted, would let federally permitted vessels fish outside normal fishery regulations to support the CFF’s proposed activities. The National Marine Fisheries Service preliminarily found the application complete and published the notice so interested parties can comment on the proposal.
