Finalized Flood Map Changes
If you live or own property in the communities listed in this notice, FEMA has finalized changes to flood hazard determinations. Those changes update Base Flood Elevations (BFEs), base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) boundaries or zone designations, and/or regulatory floodways on Letters of Map Revision (LOMRs), which revise the community Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and sometimes Flood Insurance Study (FIS) reports — and your flood insurance requirements and building rules might change as a result.
