New Fee for CBP Form I-94

If you need a CBP Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record, starting in Fiscal Year 2025 you must pay a new fee to apply for it. This change is required by HR-1 and will affect people who enter or have immigration paperwork processed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

EVUS Enrollment Now Requires Fee

Starting in Fiscal Year 2025, enrolling in the Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS) will require payment of a fee. This requirement is imposed pursuant to HR-1 and applies to people who use EVUS to update their visa information.

ESTA Authorization Fee Increase

The fee for the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) has increased for Fiscal Year 2025. Travelers who obtain ESTA authorizations will pay the higher fee as required by HR-1.
