Free NYSE Texas Feed With Colocation
If you are a User who purchases a colocation service that includes access to the LCN or IP network, you may connect to the NYSE Texas proprietary market data product called “NYSE Texas Order Imbalances” (the NYSE Texas Feed) as an Included Data Product at no additional cost. The Fee Schedule update adds the NYSE Texas Feed to the table of Included Data Products in Colocation Note 4 and applies equally to all Users; connecting is voluntary.
Change Operative Immediately (Aug 20, 2025)
The Exchange filed the change on August 20, 2025 and the Commission waived the normal 30-day operative delay, so the update became operative upon filing on August 20, 2025. The Commission may, however, temporarily suspend the rule change within 60 days of filing if it appears necessary or appropriate in the public interest.
