NYSE Texas Feed added at no charge
If you purchase a colocation service that includes access to the LCN or IP network, you can connect to the NYSE Texas Feed at no additional charge. The Exchange updated its Colocation Note 4 list of Included Data Products to add the NYSE Texas Feed so connectivity to that feed is covered by the existing colocation fee.
Effective immediately upon filing
The rule change became operative upon filing on August 20, 2025 after the SEC waived the normal 30-day delay, so Users could immediately choose to connect to the NYSE Texas Feed under the existing colocation fee. The Exchange stated the addition would be voluntary and applied uniformly to all Users.
