The applicants propose the Critical Energy Reliability Link Project that would add about 160.0 miles of 24-inch pipeline, a new 6,195-horsepower compressor station, three meter stations, and lease storage and transportation capacity. The Project is intended to provide up to 100,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) of firm transportation service and 50,000 Dth/d of new no-notice service to new delivery points near Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The deadline to file a motion to intervene or comments is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 19, 2025, and intervenors gain the right to request rehearing of Commission orders and to challenge those orders in the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal.
