If you live in the area of the proposed Shippingport Lateral Project in Beaver and Mercer Counties, Pennsylvania, you can file a protest, motion to intervene, or comment by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 7, 2025. The project would construct about 7.26 miles of 24-inch pipeline to deliver up to 205,000 dekatherms per day to the Shippingport Power Station at an estimated cost of $57,300,000. If no protest is filed within the allowed time or if a protest is filed and withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time, the proposed activity is deemed authorized the day after the time allowed for protest.
