NYSE National Tweaks Connectivity Fees: More Costs Coming in 2026

Monthly Port Fees Rise 9.1%–11.1%

If your firm buys colocated ports in the Mahwah Data Center, monthly recurring fees will increase by between 9.1% and 11.1% starting January 1, 2026. New monthly charges include $2,750 for a 1 Gb IP port (was $2,500), $12,000 for a 10 Gb IP+NMS connection (was $11,000), $20,000 for a 40 Gb IP+NMS connection (was $18,000), and $24,000 for certain LCN+NMS connections (was $22,000).

Increase Based on Data PPI (11.82%)

The Exchange based the increases on the Data Processing and Related Services Producer Price Index (Data PPI), noting the Data PPI rose 11.82% from January 2017 (109.0) to March 2025 (121.880). The Exchange proposes increases up to 11.1%, slightly below the 11.82% Data PPI change.

Initial Port Charges Stay the Same

The Exchange will not change initial (one-time) port charges for Mahwah Data Center connections as part of this filing. The filing states the monthly recurring fees change while initial charges remain unchanged.

Operative Date Delayed to January 1, 2026

Although the rule filing is effective when filed, the Exchange delayed the operative date of the monthly fee increases until January 1, 2026 so market participants have time to prepare. The filing was made on September 18, 2025 and the operative start date is January 1, 2026.
