Monthly Port Fees at Mahwah Increase
If you are a market participant that purchases colocation ports in the Mahwah Data Center (MDC), your monthly recurring port fees will increase on January 1, 2026. New monthly charges will be: 1 Gb IP Network — $2,750 (was $2,500); 10 Gb IP + NMS — $12,000 (was $11,000) plus $10,000 initial charge; 40 Gb IP + NMS — $20,000 (was $18,000) plus $10,000 initial charge; 10 Gb LCN + NMS — $24,000 (was $22,000) plus $15,000 initial charge; 40 Gb LCN + NMS — $24,000 (was $22,000) plus $15,000 initial charge. The filing says initial (one-time) port charges will not change and the monthly increases range from 9.1% to 11.1%.
NMS Port Bundling and Single-Connection Billing
The Exchange treats the IP (or LCN) circuit and the NMS network circuit together as one connection, so Users are not charged two initial or two monthly fees for those paired circuits. The filing also notes that since 2020 the Exchange has provided one NMS port at no additional charge for each 10 Gb or 40 Gb IP or LCN port purchased.
