Named Individuals Added to SDN List
The Department of State identified one or more people or groups in 2024 who were added to the U.S. Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List by OFAC. All property and interests in property of those named that are subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked (frozen).
U.S. Persons Barred From Transactions
The notice states that U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with the people or groups added to the SDN List. Americans and U.S.-based businesses cannot do business with those designated individuals or groups.
