Low‑Interest Physical Disaster Loans Open

If you live in or own property or run a business in Milwaukee, Washington, or Waukesha counties and were damaged by the August 9–12, 2025 storms, you can apply for SBA physical disaster loans. The physical loan application deadline is November 12, 2025, and rates listed include 6.00% for homeowners with credit available elsewhere, 3.00% for homeowners without credit available elsewhere, 8.00% for businesses with credit available elsewhere, 4.00% for businesses without credit available elsewhere, and 3.625% for nonprofit organizations.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loans for Businesses Expanded
