Many renewable and utility filings received
FERC received numerous filings from solar, wind, storage, and utility companies, including Section 203 corporate applications, tariff amendments, and rate filings. Several filings include effective dates such as October 3, 2025; November 6, 2025; December 1, 2025; December 21, 2025; and January 6, 2026.
Deadlines to comment or intervene
If you want to intervene or protest any listed proceeding, you must file by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on the docket's specified comment date (examples in this notice include 11/20/2025, 11/21/2025, 11/24/2025, 11/25/2025, 11/26/2025, and 11/28/2025). Protests may be considered, but intervention is necessary to become a party to the proceeding.
