ATVM Loan Info Collection Continues
The Department of Energy will extend its information collection for the Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) loan program for three years. Businesses that apply for ATVM loans will continue to submit application information; DOE estimates 20 respondents per year, 132.5 total annual burden hours, and $33,711 in annual reporting and recordkeeping costs.
No New Application Requirements Added
DOE is extending the information collection 'without change,' so applicants will not face new reporting requirements or additional information requests as part of this extension. The extension is a renewal of the currently approved collection (OMB No. 1910-5137) rather than a change to application rules.
